'Yemaya'; considered as the ocean mother goddess in an Afro-Caribbean religion practiced around the world. As the name says, the site is located in the laps of the ocean, with its two elongated land pieces on the edge, extending out into the ocean. The plot is elevated from the sea level, overlooking the beautiful white virgin beach.

 

The plotting is done in a curved loops, with series of plots outlining the 9 hole golf course. Type C plots are planned along the periphery are on either sides of a straight road, while Type B plots are bit elite, planned in the middle of the golf course. Type A plots are few in number and categorized. as the most elite ones, facing the sea and overlooking the beach. These plots sit on the edge of the elevated land.

The project is encouraging carbon free environment by using golf buggies for internal transportation throughout the site. The roads link different loops to avoid any dead-ends at the cul-de-sacs.

The hospitality segment includes a star hotel be the beach along with an astounding water suites rooms and a floating spa. 

There are series of serviced apartments planned in a row along one edge of the plot, with a long infinity pool between two parallel rows.
